Can I upgrade or downgrade mid-cycle?

Does pricing change at renewal?

No. Your renewal price is the price you signed up at, locked for the life of your subscription. If we raise list prices for new customers, your existing rate continues unchanged.

How do refunds work?

Within 14 days of your first payment on any plan, full refund — no questions. After that, monthly plans don't refund the current month but you can cancel future billing. Annual plans don't refund the unused balance but you keep access through the term.

How are taxes and VAT handled?

Taxes are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location. EU businesses can enter a valid VAT ID for reverse-charge treatment. Every payment generates a proper invoice — downloadable from your dashboard at any time.
